Box includes tuna steaks, oranges, garlic, rosemary, cucumbers, red cabbage, carrots, yogurt, spring onions and coriander. A deliciously light dinner for the outdoors, this salad is easy to put together and packed with fresh flavours. 1. Peel skin from 1 orange. Squeeze juice of both oranges and whisk with the olive oil, garlic, rosemary and orange peel. Use to coat the tuna steaks then leave to marinate. 2. Cut the cucumbers and carrots into thin batons and thinly slice the cabbage and spring onions. Mix with the yogurt and a handful of coriander leaves. 3. Cook the tuna on a preheated barbecue for 3-4 minutes; once charred, flip and repeat. Serve with the slaw and garnish with coriander. Allergy information: contains seafood and dairy
