Our best selling bread. An authentic vegan crusty loaf made with wild rye & wheat flour. Each loaf is handcrafted using a long-fermented sourdough and is free baked by our passionate team. All breads are handcrafted using traditional methods and are completely free of chemicals, preservatives, colourants and sugar. Try them to experience what REAL bread is all about! The Approximate weight of loaf is 400g.

Our healthy, tasty breads are handcrafted using traditional methods and are completely free of added chemicals, preservatives, colorants and sugar. They therefore have a reduced shelf life and must be stored correctly to maximize their freshness. Recommended Storage instructions: • Remove from bag, wrap in dry cotton towel at room temperature: 2-3 days shelf life. • Remove from bag, wrap in dry cotton towel and refrigerate: Shelf life can be extended up to 5 days. • Remove from bag, wrap in airtight bag/container and freeze: shelf life can be extended up to 3 months.

Rye flour, rye sourdough, wheat flour, salt, water, yeast (minimal).
