This lovely recipe, created just for us by chef Jenny Morris, features a fantastic mix of superfood berries, energy-giving banana and thick and creamy yogurt. You can assemble them the night before, making them the perfect minimal fuss, maximum flavour addition to a Mother’s Day breakfast. Allergy information: nuts, dairy. • 2 x 500g tubs Glenisk Greek yogurt • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced • 125g blueberries • 125g raspberries • 8 tbsp Lizzi’s Apple and Cinnamon Granola 1. Divide half the yogurt among 4 glasses. Layer with half of the banana, blueberries and raspberries, then repeat until the glasses are filled. 2. Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
