A quick assembly job, this gorgeous array will bring a smile to your mother’s face on her special day and makes for a leisurely breakfast or brunch (or lunch, or dinner…) for the whole family to enjoy. Allergy information: dairy and sesame • 100g cherry tomatoes, quartered • 1 small cucumber, sliced into quarter moons • 1 lemon, juice only • 1 tbsp olive oil • 200g feta • 200g hummus • 200g baba ghannouj • 200g baby rainbow carrots, peeled • 125g radishes, halved • 1 baguette, thinly sliced and toasted • 250g figs • 125g blueberries • 3 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1. Combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl. Season and set aside. 2. Arrange the feta, hummus and baba ghannouj on a large serving platter. Surround the baba ghannouj with the chopped salad, the hummus with the carrots, radishes and toasted baguette. 3. Add the feta, figs and blueberries to the platter and drizzle with honey. 4. Sprinkle the dips with chopped parsley and finish with a little olive oil before serving.
