Cheesy Jalapeno  poppers with  spicy guacamole

Serves 6-8

(40-45pcs jalapeno poppers)

Prep time: 45 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Fresh Jalapeno

1 pack grated cheddar

1 pack feta cheese

1 pack oat wrap

*Oil (for deep-frying)

*toothpicks

 

For the Guacamole:

3 ripe hass avocados

1 lime

Parsley

Red chillies ( to taste)

*Salt and Pepper

 

1. Using a small knife cut one side of each jalapeno lengthwise.

2. Scoop out the seeds and membranes using a small spoon of each jalapeno.
3. In a big bowl, crumble feta cheese, add the grated cheddar cheese then mix together.

4. Stuff each jalapeno with the cheese mixture, set aside.

5. Cut each oat wraps into 5 small pieces lengthwise.

6. Wrap the jalapeno and secure with a toothpick.

7. Deep-fry until golden brown.

8. Don’t forget to remove the toothpicks, serve it with the spicy guacamole.

 

TIP:
If you like your popper spicy, leave in  some of the seeds and the menbranes  of  the jalapenos.
