Cardamom-honey nut yogurt bowls with mango and kiwi Serves 2 4 cardamom pods, seeds only, crushed 100g mixed nuts 4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped 4 tbsp honey 400g Greek yogurt 1 mango, 2 kiwi, 1. Place a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the cardamom seeds and mixed nuts. Toast for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. 2. Remove from the heat and add the dates and honey. Mix well to coat. 3. Peel and slice the mango and kiwis. 4. Divide the Greek yogurt between serving bowls and top with the mango and kiwi. 5. Spoon over the warm honeyed nuts and serve.
